This is why we had cereal for dinner

Posted by andrea tomkins in: Misc. life

Carousel Mall Syracuse NY

We’re back from a weekend in Syracuse NY, and cereal was the best I could come up with tonight.

The trip was a hoot, a fun self-administered tour of the town courtesy of the Syracuse Convention & Visitors Bureau. A big blog post is percolating about it right now and I hope to get something online before the buzz wears off. :)

Speaking of which, the Citizen article which I referred to in Friday’s blog post came out while we were gone. I read it online while we were away – good lord, someone please tell me – DO I ALWAYS LOOK THAT TIRED??

I can’t believe how exhausted I look. And I’m pretty sure I remembered to wear makeup that day too. *sigh*

Anyway, thank you for your comments and emails … it does a body good to know I have good friends out there!

I hope you’re all having a wonderful Thanksgiving! We’re doing the turkey thing tomorrow. I can’t wait!

Later skaters,

a!

Heading to Syracuse in November for a semi-annual shopping trip! Can’t wait to read your post to see what you enjoyed.

The Citizen article was great, and you looked fantastic. I enjoyed bragging to my in-laws that I “knew” you :)

Not free from a giant grocery store cereal, I assume? ;)

Been wondering when and if your trip would come to fruition — looking forward to reading about it.

I think you looked great in the picture, Andrea! And did you by any chance eat Apple Jacks for dinner? ;)
